The Caviar Shark held a “Cavi-hour” evening over the holidays. Cavi-hour is an intimate evening of sipping drinks, indulging on caviar and enlightening caviar lovers about the creation of the original “Caviar Crown”!  Throughout the Cavi-hour, guests will learn how to design & decorate their own caviar crown, learn some food plating & photography skills, all while living out your caviar filled dreams!

Champagne, Prosecco & Wine will be served throughout the evening, as well as a tasting of caviar and a caviar crown.  Guests will take home their own uniquely designed caviar crown at the end of the evening!
